• BIODAM is indicated as a gingival protector in cases of use of products that offer risks of irritation (for example, whitening agents based on hydrogen peroxide for office use), preventing the contact of the irritant with the gingival tissue. BIODAM is an insulating and protective material, when it is photopolymerized it forms a mechanical barrier of rigid consistency that can replace or complement the rubber sheet to protect the gingiva, or further improve the sealing of the insulation of a cavity preparation or endodontic treatment.
