Paper Points

Endodontic paper points are used to eliminate moisture from canals following preparation during root canal procedures. These small pieces of paper should be highly absorbant. Shaped to easily fit into the canal. It is important for the paper point to be sterile. It sized according to the same protocols as endodontic files so the entire canal can be dried. Then removed from the canal.

Even under more challenging conditions such as calcified canals. This file can smooth both concave and flat wood or metal surfaces. And smooth intricate edging, especially in fine furniture work. Paper point (conventional) have a length of 28 mm and a wider taper design to reduce the number of paper points required to dry a root canal when compared with ISO sizes.
