The Luxator extraction instrument product range enhances the outstanding selection of high-quality extraction instruments. The blade is 10mm shorter than on a regular Luxator Periotome. Available in 5 blade sizes. The tip is extremely fine so that you can insert it easily between bone and root with a minimum of destruction. To sharpen a periotome, place the concave surface of the tip of the blade on the sharpening stone and stroke away. Lift the blade after each stroke and repeat until the blade is sharp. The stone should always be lubricated with sharpening oil or water to avoid clogging the surface with debris.
