Extraction Forceps

Extraction forceps are commonly used to grasp the tooth and remove it from the socket after it has been loosened. A variety of forceps is available to extract teeth, root tips, and fragments. The functionality of today’s Extraction Forceps comes from the need to remove items from the mouth such as the cotton balls that dentists place next to a patient’s teeth or the rubber bands a patient needs for their braces.
